14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with a guide, email support@henwise.site within 14 days of your purchase with the email you paid with, and tell us briefly what was missing. We'll refund you in full through Gumroad.

How long it takes

We process refund requests within 3 business days. Your bank may need 5–10 business days to show the money back.
